Postgraduate Medical Education at Main Line Health is a superb blend of hands-on clinical care with the academic resources of Bryn Mawr Hospital, Lankenau Hospital and the Jefferson Health System. Our staff work under the direct supervision of practicing experts in their specialties in a variety of inpatient and ambulatory
care centers.
Located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, Main Line Health has nearly 1,000 acute-care beds and 150 inpatient rehabilitation
and physical-medicine beds. The six major Residency Programs are fully accredited and supported at Bryn Mawr Hospital and
Lankenau Hospital. Four fully supported fellowship programs are hosted by the Internal Medicine Department at Lankenau Hospital.
Our formal conference programs, which are developed in conjunction with our commitment to Graduate Medical Education, are fully accredited by the Pennsylvania Medical Society for AMA Category I credit. Interdepartmental conferences and informal
teaching sessions are also an integral part of each residency.
