Main Line Health Employees...We're Looking for Someone Like YOU!

Main Line Health faces the challenge of maintaining the system’s Commitment to Excellence and believes that current employees are excellent resources in successfully recruiting qualified individuals. We are seeking your assistance in identifying candidates and will reward current employees who refer successful new hires. All employees who successfully refer an applicant who is hired will be eligible for our Grand Prize drawing to be held twice per year.

Employees who refer applicants hired into a designated position are eligible for the following Employee Referral Bonus:

  • Tier 1: $1,500 (marked with one asterisk (*) in the job posting)
  • Tier 2: $3,000 (marked with two asterisks (**) in the job posting)

Tier 1 positions (Staff Nursing [Acute Care and Rehab], Home Care Nursing, IT, Therapy [Physical, Occupational Speech and Respiratory], Development, Laboratory, Radiology, Patient Accounting, Pharmacy departments) are defined according to the needs of the labor market. Tier 2 positions are determined by the manager's ability to successfully meet the needs of the department and Main Line Health.


Eligibility
All Main Line Health employees are eligible with the exception of the following: Temporary employees, contract workers, external vendors' consultants, and summer interns; Human Resources employees; Senior Management (VP and above); Managers referring candidates within their own area of responsibility; any employees directly involved in the hiring process for an open position; Physicians on staff at Main Line Health.


Process
The Current Employee must complete the Employee Referral Form in its entirety with accurate information.

All Employee Referral forms must be sent to: Employee Referral Program, c/o Human Resources One Radnor Corporate Center, Suite 130, 100 Matsonford Road, Radnor, PA 19087.  Fax: 610-229-4138. Email: joerss@mlhs.org.

The Referred Employee must complete a Referral Form at the time of their interview. The Form must be completed in its entirety or no referral award will be given to the Main Line Health employee.

If more than one employee refers the same candidate, the earliest dated complete form submitted to Human Resources will be considered eligible for the referral award. Referrals submitted in relation to a specific requisition are given preference and priority over general referral submissions.


Payment/Raffle Entries
Specific details are published on the Main Line Health Employee Intranet.

Awards are considered taxable income and will have appropriate taxes withheld, are not eligible for 403(B) deductions and are not considered compensation under the company pension plan.

Payment will be paid in its entirety after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of continuous employment. To be eligible to receive the reward, the referring employee must still be an active employee of Main Line Health.

Bonus Payment will be pro-rated for employees hired to work less than 80 hours per pay period.

Employees referring an applicant who is hired into a position at Main Line Health, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 positions, will be awarded an entry for the next Grand Prize Gift Check drawing, which is held twice a year (December and July)
